Privacy Policy

Last updated July 25, 2026

Liberty Logistic Group (“LLG”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website, carrier packet, and related services.

Information we collect

Information you provide: name, business name, contact details, MC/DOT authority, insurance documents, tax identification (such as your W-9), trade references, and any messages you send us.

Information collected automatically: device, browser, and usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address.

How we use information

To onboard and verify carriers, match and dispatch loads, process settlements, provide support, and operate and improve our services.

To communicate with you about your account, loads, and service updates, and, where permitted, about relevant offers.

To comply with legal, tax, insurance, and safety obligations applicable to freight brokerage.

How we share information

With shippers, carriers, and partners as needed to arrange and complete the movement of freight.

With service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, payment, email, hosting, and analytics providers) under contractual confidentiality obligations.

When required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of LLG, our users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

Driver mobile app & location data

Our driver app (Android) collects precise location data, including in the background, but only while a driver has accepted a load and started tracking. Tracking requires the driver's explicit in-app consent, shows a persistent visible notification the entire time, and stops automatically when the load is marked delivered. The app never collects location between loads or off duty.

Location reports include position, speed, heading, GPS accuracy, and battery level, tied to the active shipment. We use this data to show dispatch and the shipment's customer where the load is, to detect arrival at pickup and delivery, and to alert dispatch if tracking drops.

Detailed location history is retained for 10 days and then deleted automatically; the most recent position of an active load is kept only while the load is in transit. The app also stores a push notification token for the device so dispatch can notify the driver of new load assignments.

Drivers can stop sharing location at any time by marking the load delivered, revoking the location permission in system settings, or uninstalling the app. To request deletion of account data, contact us using the details below.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to operate the site and limited analytics to understand usage and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive fields such as tax and banking identifiers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, insurance, and recordkeeping requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
