These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Liberty Logistic Group’s website, carrier packet, and related services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
Our services
LLG provides freight brokerage and carrier-management services, including carrier onboarding, load matching and dispatch, tracking, and settlement support. Specific load terms are set out in the applicable rate confirmation and carrier agreement.
Carrier obligations
Carriers must maintain valid operating authority and insurance, provide accurate information, comply with all applicable transportation laws and safety regulations, and perform transportation services in a professional and timely manner.
Accounts & security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with operation, submitting false information, or using the services for unlawful purposes.
Payments & settlements
Settlement terms, including any quick-pay or factoring arrangements, are described in the applicable rate confirmation and carrier agreement. Amounts are subject to verification of delivery and required documentation.
Intellectual property
The website, software, logos, and content are owned by LLG or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the services for their intended purpose.
Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LLG harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the services or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
